Q: Isaiah 11:2, “And the spirit of the L-rd will rest
upon him the spirit of wisdom and understanding...”. Does this verse refer to the messiah? Does it identify him? Plug in Washington, Churchhill, Einstein etc. could it apply to them or to anyone else?
