Q: The word "documentary" is becoming more and more of a joke. A true "documentary" should be impartial and not motivated by someone's lack of beliefs, pushing an "idealized" society view, strong political motivations, or a slew of other reasons we may never know. Besides James Cameron, there is Al Gore and many others that push their views onto the public using both truth and fiction. Thinking that mixing them together will make the whole thing true. That's not science, it's science fiction. Being a scientist, I know how to pursue true science and present it. But, the most disturbing thing about these "docudramas" is that people believe them without thorough research. "Blind faith" is what it's called. Another interesting thing is that you don't see these "Docudramas" on Islam or other religious beliefs and probably never will. Why is that?

A: Every documentary takes a perspective. It is not invalid for a documentary to put forth a thesis.
Simcha stated that his purpose was to raise the question so that more research would be done. That's a valid purpose for what he put forth in his documentary.
Your arguments are extreme. They reveal more emotion than thought.
