Q: Dattaswami.
I want to learn more about the Wisdom from the East. I am enjoying this message board. I still need time to read your other posts, and familiarize myself with reading them.
First question that troubles me living today as a woman is, why is there so much lust in the world? Whose fault is it, and why does it exist? This question is primarily asking why women are portrayed sexually, and people having many love affairs.?

A: PS, I believe this question is a good one in light of the Tomb Discovery. Sadly Magdalene was erased from History as Bride, likely because of her Powerful Status. Then all we have today is women portrayed as Sexual objects instead of Powerful Goddesses or prophets.
I am happy to have Dattaswami here to get the eastern view of things.

A: So am I. Lust shows no emotional attachments and it is more of a physical release .Love can get very complicated.It's at it's best when two lovers recipricate,honor and respect each other.It's at its worse when it's one sided.Why so much Lust?Because it makes it easier to leave.I hope Dattaswami logs in soon.It would be interesting to hear what he has to say.He does have his website.
